Guests are invited to book for a minimum stay of 2 nights (Some single nights are available mid-week please ask)
A deposit of 25% of the total booking price is required to secure your booking, this deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival day. The full balance of the stay is required 7 days prior to arrival, any incurred additions during your stay are required on check out. It is understood that a legal binding contract exists between the Art Lounge and the guest once a booking is confirmed after receipt of deposit, accepting these terms and conditions.
Cancellations
- Up to 14 days prior to arrival no fee charged for cancellation or booking reduction, deposit refundable.
- 14 days or less prior to arrival a cancellation or a booking reduction or a no show, a fee is charged equal to the 75% value of the booking.
- 48 hours or less prior to arrival a cancellation, a booking reduction or a no show, a fee is charged equal to the value of the full price of the booking.
- ‘Advance Special Saver deals’ paid in full at the time of booking are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover all eventualities which may cause changes to their booking.
The Art Lounge reserve the right to cancel any bookings made with refund being equal to any monies paid by the guest in respect to the cancelled booking.
The Art lounge reserve the right to charge for all rooms service/bar bills/minibar snacks not settled honestly on departure and to charge for any items removed or stolen from rooms. The equivalent of one night’s stay will be charged for the provision of deep cleaning or refurbishment of any room ruined or stained, or where guests have been found to be smoking, for this reason we highlight that takeaways are not to be eaten in rooms.
